1. No Refund Policy

At Party On Balloons USA, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on any of our products and/or services.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Exchanges for Factory Defects Only

We only offer exchanges or replacements in cases where the product has a factory defect.

If you receive a defective item, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Include clear photos showing the defect

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for:

• All shipping costs associated with returning the item
• Any shipping costs required to send the replacement item

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
