  1. Shipping Carriers

At Party On Balloons USA, we ship orders using trusted carriers:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

All shipping services, delivery estimates, and transit times are provided directly by these carriers.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • The weight of the product, or
  • The combined weight of multiple products in the order
  • The destination address

We do not manually set shipping rates. All rates are calculated in real time by UPS and USPS.

Customers will be able to choose their preferred shipping option during checkout.

  1. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

Available options may include (depending on destination):

  • Ground Shipping
  • Priority Mail
  • Expedited Shipping
  • Express Shipping

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided by UPS or USPS and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Party On Balloons USA is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been shipped.

  1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise specified.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  1. Flat Rate Shipping Promotion

We offer the following shipping promotions:

  • Flat Rate Shipping of $15 on orders over $200
  • Free Shipping on orders over $250

These promotions apply automatically at checkout when the order subtotal qualifies.

Promotions apply to standard shipping within eligible areas and may exclude oversized or heavy items if applicable.

  1. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed over to UPS or USPS, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim if needed.
